U.S. technology companies including Tandem Computer, Wearnes,
and Chrontel. From 1996-1998, he served as the President
of Telecom Technology Co. Ltd, a successful joint venture
between Integrated Silicon Salation, Inc.(SSI), Wearnes(A
Singapore Technology Conglomerate)and the China Ministry
of Post of Telecommunication china. The company has successfully
developed a series of communication components for the
Chinese telecommunications industry. |

| In 1998, he founded Global Techmart, Inc. in California,
an Internet company dedicated to bringing the Chinese
and American electronics industries together. This company
served as the predecessor of ChinaECNet. |

and Chinese electronics companies,Dr. Chao possesses the
vision and skill to pioneer and operate a business successfully
in China's complex market environment. His U.S. education
and management experience also qualifies him to run a
